Introduction
Thank you for requesting a copy of the Bubear &
Jones curtain poles information pack. As ever our aim
at Bubear & Jones is to produce the finest quality
products at affordable prices.
Every product is handcrafted using traditional blacksmith’s
skills. Our quality control procedures ensure that every
product is manufactured to the highest standard, but
being handmade, small variations in texture, colour
and dimension may occur.
Finishes
All curtain poles are prepared by mechanical cleaning
prior to being finished with either a high quality paint
system in black, or gun metal (graphite grey) and brushed
(bright) steel, both finished with a high quality lacquer.
All of our products have been designed with ease of
installation in mind. Tools required: tape measure,
power drill 10mm masonry drill bit and a spanner. Your
pole will also be packed with a comprehensive fitting
instruction leaflet to make the final
process as simple as possible.

Availability
Please keep in mind that your curtain pole is being
hand made especially for you. We aim to deliver within
28 days, if for any reason you need to know how your
order is progressing, simply call and we will be happy
to advise you of the expected delivery
date.
Ordering
You can place your order by Phone Monday – Friday
9am to 4pm, Fax or Post. If ordering by phone please
use the order form provided, our staff will ask for
the information in the same order as it appears on the
order form.
Payment
You can pay by credit card, debit card, switch or cheque.
Card details can be taken over the phone, Fax or by
post with your order. Cheques are made payable to Bubear
and Jones, Goods are not despatched until completion
of payment, card
payments are processed on the day of despatch, payments
by cheque are processed upon receipt.

Delivery
Delivery is by a parcel dispatch company and does require
a signature for received items. Upon receipt of your
goods, please check for any transit damage and report
prior to signing for the delivery. A standard charge
of £15 is made for England and Wales all other
areas may carry a surcharge please enquire.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 5 days of us receiving
your completed order form should you need to. To Cancel

Returns
Returns of damaged or incorrect items are free, items
returned for any other reason will be charged at our
